May is a month of new beginnings and fresh ideas!

Take the time to look around you, in your home and outside. Open your windows and let the spring sunshine light up your rooms and your mood.

Try planting an indoor herb garden in pots. The fresh scent and greenery bring the outdoor spring season inside!

Take on a new hobby or activity. Something as simple as a calm walk can be enough to get your whole body and mind in motion! Enjoy Spring while we can :)

Get on track with food journals:) Simply track your food with approximate sizes and all bevvies including water. Once you've completed a week or even a day- you will actually get to see, in print that we are what we eat!

Clear out more than the snow...

Look around your house to see what you can clear out and make room for:

include closets, drawers, pantries, medicine cabinets and refrigerators.

Discard old items by donating or disposing of them properly and make room for spring all around your home!
